These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this website. We may change them, and changes will apply to any subsequent orders. So please check on a regular basis. We are "PCFX” 30 North Parade Bradford BD1 3HZ
The prices on this website may change at any time. We will not change the price of products where we have accepted your order for them. We may, however, decline to accept any order. Prices displayed exclude VAT and delivery charges unless otherwise stated. You may not cancel any order once it has been accepted.
Delivery and Ownership
All deliveries will be made to the cardholder address you give us when you sign up with us. You cannot change the address for delivery or your requested delivery time after we have accepted your order.
PCFX is a Retail business and operates during the business hours of 9.30am to 6.30pm Mon-Fri. Orders taken for next day delivery must be placed by 2.00pm on the day before you expect to receive it. Orders taken on Friday after 2.00pm will be delivered on Tuesday unless you specify that you require a Saturday delivery. Orders taken over the weekend for next day delivery will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
PCFX uses a national courier service and will require a signature for each consignment we deliver. If you are not available to receive the goods on the date you requested and have not made prior arrangements you may incur further delivery charges.
During delivery (of your items) our courier will require a signature for each consignment. It is your responsibility to ensure that you only sign for the correct number of parcels handed to you. We will not accept claims for short shipments when you have signed for more parcels than you have actually received. Claims for short shipments must be made within 48 hours of receipt. We will not consider any claim after his period has elapsed.
Delivery times are estimates only and whilst we will try to deliver when estimated, we cannot accept responsibility for late delivery.
We retain title and ownership of products until you have paid for them and all applicable VAT in full. We shall be entitled to payment notwithstanding that ownership has not passed to you.
After delivery all products will be your responsibility. You will be liable for any loss, damage or destruction occurring after delivery.
Cancelling an Order
Under the EC Distance Selling Directive, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 working days commencing the day after the date that the items were delivered. You do not need to provide any reason for the cancellation of your contract, nor will you have to pay any penalty.
You cannot cancel your contract if the goods you have ordered are computer software, and you have taken these items out of the sealed packages in which they were delivered to you.
To cancel a contract, write "Cancel Contract" on a piece of paper with your order details (a printout of an email will suffice). Package the items securely and send them to us with the invoice within 7 working days commencing the day after the date that the items were delivered. We request that you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to tell us that you are returning goods before you send them. 24 hours' advance warning is required for returns.

We strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error.
When we receive the goods with the notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order, provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
- We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered
- We do not deliver to your area
- One or more of the goods you have ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our supplier.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and we will re-credit your account with any sum deducted by us from your debit\ credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Specialised payment processors (Protx) will handle online credit card transactions securely.
Warranties and Usage
Any claims that products are damaged, incomplete or do not comply with our description must be received by us by e-mail within 48 hours of delivery. All goods supplied by the PCFX are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated). This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you have a warranty from the manufacturer or licensor of the products then claims covered by that warranty should be addressed directly to the manufacturer or licensor. If any products supplied to you are damaged before delivery or develop a fault within the warranty period of their purchase from us we will, at our option, replace them with an equivalent product or refund your money. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, alteration or unauthorised repair for which no refund or exchange is available.
You must return the products to us for inspection\testing at your cost in their original packaging possible and with all manuals, disks and cables etc. We shall meet the cost of delivery of replacement products to the destination to which the original products were delivered if we agree, following inspection\testing, that the products are faulty. Our decision as to whether a product is faulty shall be final. The pictures used on our website are for illustration purposes only - product specifications are contantly changing. If you are in any doubt regarding a particular feature you are advised to call us rather than making any assumptions. You and not us are solely responsible for any installation of any products we supply and for ensuring their compatibility with any other products. .For software your right to use it is governed by the terms of your licence from the manufacturer or licensor. You must comply with all terms and conditions of use required by the manufacturer or licensor which accompany the products we supply.
Return of Goods
PCFX does not accept the return of goods that have been incorrectly ordered unless specifically agreed by us. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% or £25.00 whichever is the greater to cover the cost of administrating your error. The return of faulty items is permitted after 48 hours. Item(s) must be returned immediately without delay. If we are unable to replace any faulty item we will issue a credit note within 30 days. Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
PCFX will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure but unless the PCFX is negligent, the PCFX will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you.
- We shall have no liability to you for events beyond our reasonable control.
- You may not assign or delegate any of your rights against us under this Agreement to your customers or anyone else.
- Any delay in or failure by us to exercise our rights and remedies does not constitute a waiver of them or of any other rights.
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint concerning an order through PCFX , either:- i. Email email@example.com. We will acknowledge receipt of your email within 1 working day. ii. Write to PCFX , 30 North Parade, Bradford, BD1 3HZ iii. Telephone 01274 218108 . Please note that the telephone line is manned from 9.30am to 5.30pm UK time Monday to Friday. A senior manager at PCFX will personally deal with your complaint and you will be kept informed during all stages of the complaints procedure.
PCFX is committed to protecting your privacy. We use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This includes using a "cookie" which is stored by your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings. We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process and deliver your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you except in connection with your current order or query unless you are subscribed to our mailing list. We will not supply any of your details to any third party in the future except for the purposes of debt recovery, unless required by law. The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number, email address, goods ordered.
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected. Governing Law This contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
